    Cesare Glendi è Professore emerito di Diritto processuale civile presso l’Università di Parma, Avvocato in Genova, Doctor honoris causa internacional ex FIA (Federación Iberoamericana de Abogados), Presidente della fondazione Antonio e Victor Uckmar, artefice della Riforma del processo tributario del 1992 (Dlgs. 546/1992). Autore di innumerevoli articoli, pubblicazioni e manuali in materia tributaria e processuale, direttore scientifico delle Riviste Diritto e pratica tributaria e GT-Rivista di giurisprudenza tributaria, di master e corsi di formazione.
