    Luciano Eusebi è professore ordinario di diritto penale nell’Università Cattolica di Milano. È stato membro di commissioni ministeriali per la riforma del codice penale e per la riforma del sistema sanzionatorio penale, come pure del Comitato Nazionale per la Bioetica. Fa parte del comitato etico di due IRCCS. È autore di più di trecento pubblicazioni in ambito penalistico ed etico-giuridico.
